By accessing and using the Alterna Metals website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

Alterna Metals supplies aluminum and steel profiles for commercial and industrial applications. All product specifications, dimensions, and grades are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice.

Product availability is subject to stock levels. We will notify you if a requested product is unavailable.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quote requests submitted through our website are not binding offers. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, quantities, and delivery requirements. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Final pricing will be confirmed before order placement. Prices are quoted in the currency specified and may be subject to applicable taxes and duties.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance by Alterna Metals. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Payment terms will be agreed upon before order confirmation. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer and credit terms for approved customers.

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery or collection, depending on the agreed delivery terms (Incoterms).

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the specified timeframe.

Standard product lengths are 6 meters. Custom lengths from 4 to 12 meters may be available upon request, subject to product specifications.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on order size, weight, destination, and delivery method. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for:

• Defective or damaged products (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)
• Incorrect products shipped due to our error

Custom-cut products and special orders are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Product Quality and Standards

Our aluminum profiles are manufactured to EN AW-6063 T6 standards (EN 755-2). Steel products conform to EN 10305-5 and EN 10219-2 standards as specified.

Surface finishes (anodized, powder coated, galvanized) are applied at QUALANOD and QUALICOAT certified facilities where applicable.

Weight specifications are approximate and may vary by ±5%.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alterna Metals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We do not warrant that products are suitable for any particular purpose unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Alterna Metals and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Harvest or collect information about other users

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kocaeli, Turkey.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
